What is chakra cleansing and why do I need it?

How do I know when my chakras need to be cleared?

They might show up in the form of ongoing fatigue, mood swings, focus problems, or feeling “stuck” or stagnant in life. You may also feel tension in certain parts of the body that align with specific chakras. If you feel unbalanced and disconnected from yourself, working with your chakras will help realign you.

What takes place during a trauma-release session?

Trauma release is a gentle process of releasing the energetic imprints left behind by past experiences. Rather than re-living memories of pain, the attention is on gently releasing tension, fear, or pattern stored in the body and energy field. Clients usually report feeling lighter, freer, and more at peace following these sessions.

Is trauma release the same as therapy?

While therapy engages the mind and emotions via dialogue, trauma release in energy healing engages the body and energy field. It is not therapy replacement, but a complementary method that assists deep emotional and energetic release. Many see the combination of both practices particularly potent.

How many sessions will I need?

Each individual’s healing process is different. Some clients experience noticeable changes after a single session, whereas others find benefit in multiple sessions to tackle more entrenched patterns. Together, we will explore your individual needs so you are taken care of in the best way possible.

Are the sessions in-person or virtual?

Sessions can both be done in-person or online, so you can decide what you find most comfortable and convenient. Energy work is not restricted by distance, and clients sometimes feel virtual sessions are as strong as in-person sessions.

How long does a session take?

A typical session is 60 minutes, which provides sufficient time for conversation, the actual healing work, and gentle integration afterwards. For initial clients, I provide additional time so that you feel comfortable, aware, and completely supported.

Should I prepare prior to a session?

Just show up with an open mind and a willingness to receive healing. Wearing loose clothing, being hydrated, and allowing yourself a bit of quiet time prior to and subsequent to the session can help too.
