Introduction

Welcome to Energiya – Geo Love Energy Healing. By scheduling, booking, or participating in any service offered by Energiya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any session.

Services

Energiya provides holistic energy healing services that incorporate sacred geometry principles and chakra-based energy alignment. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely via online or distance methods.

Nature of Services

Energy healing is a complementary and spiritual practice intended to support personal well-being. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Energiya and its practitioner do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or psychological conditions.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older, or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Clients are expected to disclose any relevant physical, emotional, or mental health conditions that could influence the session.
• Clients remain solely responsible for their own health, safety, and life decisions before, during, and after the session.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Session fees are clearly stated prior to booking.
• Payment is required before or at the time of the session.
• Refund Policy: Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions, including personal details and discussions, will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

Emergencies

Energiya does not provide emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a physical, emotional, or psychological emergency, please contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.

Testimonials and Social Media

Energiya may share client testimonials or success stories only with the client’s written consent. Personal or identifying information will never be shared without explicit permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Energiya does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each client’s experience is unique and subjective.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that Energiya and its practitioner shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or adverse outcome resulting from your participation in the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through open communication. If unresolved, the matter shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Indiana.
